Hydration
We've already mentioned the
benefits of hydration for losing weight. By ensuring you are well looked after in
the water area you significantly reduce the chance of getting hunger pangs. This
can be something that really throws diets off in summer , when the weather is that
bit warmer and we tend to sweat more. We also lose more sodium when we sweat excessively
- so make sure you have some nuts on hand for now and again. They're healthy, full

fruits are great for ensuring you are hydrated. They also carry a large amount of
fibre and make your stomach feel like it's full, even though you've limited the
calories you've eaten.
Alcohol
Cutting out alcohol for a few
weeks often limits the amount of calories you place in your body. Alcohol is full
of sugars and empty of nutrition. This means it can really mean you pile on the
pounds. Often, one pint of beer has as much in calorific terms as a bar of chocolate.

Exercise
Of course, one of the best ways
to lose weight and also to tone up your beach body is to do some exercise. Daily deal

a healthy treat. Supermarket salads are also often full of sugars and other things
that really aren't conducive to healthy eating. Make your own salad at home if you
