Coastal Ireland offers people some of
the best opportunities to escape the craziness of the world around us. As a
country surrounded by water, Ireland has the benefit of having some of the most
attractive and interesting coastline in all of Europe.
One of the great things for those from
Ireland or those visiting Ireland is that there are numerous great hotels in
some of the best coastal parts of the country, that provide the chance to stay
beside the sea at a low price thanks to daily deals.
So, where are the best coastal towns in
Ireland to stay on your holiday, or even for a small period of your holiday
when travelling in and around Ireland?
Bundoran
If you are of the surfing or water
sports persuasion than daily deals to Bundoran hotels in Co Donegal in the
North West of Ireland will be ideal.
Bundoran is a beautiful small town with
a great number of things to benefit it. Ever since the world surfing
championships were held here over 15 years ago it has become a by word for
European surfing.
The beach itself is also beautiful and
over 3km long meaning you can enjoy its beauty for hours. Once you get the
weather this is the perfect place to look for on groupon.ie.
Rossnowlagh
This beach and area is one of the most
beautiful in the country and locals know it as 'Heavenly Cove', which in turn
would mean it is the perfect palce for you to visit too and it is.
Aside from all the water and beach
sports you can think of the area is also beautiful and a real hidden delight.
It's a long beach and never really gets too busy and is only 5km away from
Bundoran, so if it gets too much to you then you can just head to Rossnowlagh
for some peace and quiet - well relatively so. Ireland deals often offers some
great places to stay around here for a great weekend away or longer.
Fintragh Beach
The beautiful sand of Fintragh beach,
which translates as the blonde or white beach, is something to be amazed by.
Situated also in Donegal near Killybegs, the infamous fishing village, you won't
find a surfer in sight. The outlying stones mean the sands are for enjoying and
it is quite a quiet place - something often hard to find in other countries,
but common in Ireland due to the number of beaches and the shortage of people.
Carlingford
Though not necessarily a beach area,
the town of Carlingford makes the perfect place for you to stop and enjoy the
Irish coastline and is often featured on Groupon.ie. The area means 'Haven of
the People' and it is thought C.S.Lewis based the stories of Narnia on the
landscape in and around the beautiful village. It is full of wonderful shops,
great pubs and even has a castle and is surrounded by green lined roads and
great people. It makes the perfect place to go to for a rural Irish retreat and
is only a few hours away from Dublin on the border of the East coast.
Dingle
Dingle is a charming medieval town and
a beautiful place to take a holiday by the south waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Dingle is full of rambling streets and is also a very relaxed town full of nice
shops and things to do and see. It offers astounding views of the surrounding
area and some great stone structures in and around its periphery. There are
also a number of wonderful beaches quite close by and it really was made to
charm those not from around looking for great Ireland deals.
Ireland offers some of the most rustic
and attractive coastal landscape in Europe and still manages to offer a sedate
and rural retreat from the business of the world. Have a look for some daily
deals and just enjoy.
